Advertising calendar
The Ad deadlines in the chart above is the deadline to reserve your ad space. A signed Insertion Order must be received by this deadline. Ad copy or materials must be received within 3 days of Ad reservation. Cancellations occurring within 4 days of the Reservation deadline will be charged 50% the ad rate. Cancellations occurring more than 4 days past the Reservation deadline will be charged 100%. All invoices are due within 30 days of Invoice date. A 10% charge will automatically accrue on day 31. A 15% charge on day 61. And collection charges begins on day 91. Please see 2011 Rate Flyer for rates.
